 Orca Intelligence is a qualified leader in Agile Project Management, Business Systems Analysis, and Human Center Design. We are proud to have worked with leading government and private industry organizations providing the following solutions in primarily low code environments:


  • Lead, design, and maintain an agile process using applications such as CA Technologies Rally, Asana, Blueprint, Trello, SharePoint, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Atlassian JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Architect corporate enterprise information technology infrastructure and software infrastructure.
  • Perform application testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Define the cloud-based Appian BPM, Salesforce, Bubble.IO processes and manage custom JAVA, .NET, and jQuery/SOLR/ MongoDB software applications operation and maintenance projects.
  •  Gather, analyze and manage detailed business and systems requirements as user stories and/or use cases using document analysis, interviews, business process modeling (BPM), and user interface modeling. 
  • Lead Design Thinking sessions as a method for user research sessions.

TEAMWORK: Our team members are resourceful. We ask questions, read associated documentation, and gather information through various standard requirements engineering techniques, such as document analysis, BPM, etc.


LISTEN: No one person has the correct answer. Our team members get a chance to voice their opinions when designing a solution. Together the team has the correct answer.


 REUSE ARTIFACTS: Our team is equipped with our Swiftly application to automate the requirements generation process. Swiftly has over 5 Million software requirements templates to choose from.


PERFORMANCE  

Georgetown University Medstar and Children's National: Perform Information Technology infrastructure review and analysis for the Early Childhood Innovation Network supporting social and emotional learning (SEL) and wellness.


Teach for America: Developed a prototype for curriculum template management using Bubble.IO low code solution for a Teach for America fellow. 


The William "Bill" Averette Anderson Fund: Website redesign, development, and ongoing support. 


District of Columbia (DOES): Performed Systems Analysis and Engineering for Apprenticeship applications.  We manage the project and analyze detailed system requirements across a diverse group of stakeholders and end-users.  

 

Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation: Performed Systems Analysis and Engineering for FOCUS. This included a minimum viable product for the examination process. We captured and analyzed detailed system requirements across a diverse group of stakeholders and end-users. 


Health and Human Services Program Support Center (PSC): Performed Systems Analysis and Engineering for Cost Center Accounting budget application for PSC. This included a minimum viable product for the Formulation process. We captured and analyzed detailed system requirements across a diverse group of stakeholders and end-users. 

  

General Services Administration (GSA): Led Business Systems Analyst efforts for an internal Appian cloud-based Leasing and Project Management solution for the GSA government building acquisition project. Managed requirements artifacts and facilitated requirement workshop meetings. Implemented solution using a Human Center Design approach.
